Return Policy

Returned or exchange within 4 days from delivery date.

How to Make a Return / Exchange

  • If you would like an exchange, please select your desired item or size in the application.

    • If the new item is more expensive, an invoice for the price difference will be emailed to you.

    • If the new item is less expensive, a store gift code for the balance will be emailed to you.

    • If you are exchanging for a different size of the same item, simply select the new size and continue.

  • In the Notes section, please write your preferred pickup date and time. We will arrange a Yamato pickup for you.

  • One return per order is free.

  • A second return from the same order will be charged and must be paid in cash to the delivery driver at pickup.

  • If no exchange item or size is selected, a store credit will automatically be issued to your email once the return is received and approved.

Non-Returnable Items & Important Notes

  • The following items are non-returnable:

    • Items that include underwear

    • Accessories collection

    • Items from the 1-Day Delivery Collection

  • For the 1-Day Delivery Collection, returns cannot be applied for online. Please contact us directly, and we will review your case to determine if an exception can be made.

  • Late delivery is not eligible for return.

  • If an item is accidentally damaged while trying it on, please contact us immediately. Do not submit a return request without informing us first, as the return may be rejected.

  • All approved returns are processed as an exchange or store credit only.

  • We do not issue refunds to the original payment method under any circumstances.

  • Returns are accepted even if the reason is simply that you do not like the item, provided it meets our return conditions.

Faulty or Incorrect Item

  • If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, this may have been a mistake.

  • Please contact us immediately at info@chaudtokyo.com or message us through the website chat so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
