Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (Japan)

  • Free shipping on all orders over ¥18,000
  • Flat shipping fee of ¥1,200 for orders under ¥18,000
  • Carrier: Sagawa Express, Yamato, Japan Post 
  • Delivery Time: Most orders arrive within 4–8 business days 
  • A shipping confirmation with tracking number will be sent within 2-3 business days after your order is confirmed
  • Some items may be custom-made or made-to-order. If additional time is needed, we will contact you within 48 hours of your order.
  • Business days do not include weekends or public holidays

 

International Shipping

  • Free worldwide shipping on orders over ¥22,800 (approx. $150 USD)
  • Flat shipping fee of ¥3,600 for orders under ¥22,800
  • Estimated delivery: 8–14 business days, depending on destination
  • All regular international shipments are tax-free
  • Express shipping via DHL, FedEx, or UPS is available for ¥4,800 (4-8 business days)

    Please note: express shipping may incur additional customs duties or import taxes depending on your country’s regulations.

  • Delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Orders cannot be canceled or refunded due to late delivery.

  • If you require your item by a specific date or special occasion, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability.

  • You may also contact us immediately after purchase so we can prioritize your requested date.

  • Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed with us in advance.

  • Some dresses are made to order and typically require 6–8 days for production.

  • This information is usually stated in the product description.

  • If production time is not mentioned, we will contact you within a few days after your order to confirm whether you are able to wait or would prefer to select a different item.
