Note: Please pay the amount due on delivery. If you cannot pay on the day of delivery, notify us immediately. Unpaid orders will result in a ban from future purchases.

• 2-3 days from Tokyo warehouse 

• 4-8 days from overseas warehouse

• Delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

• Orders cannot be canceled or refunded due to late delivery.

• If you require your item by a specific date or special occasion, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability.

• You may also contact us immediately after purchase so we can prioritize your requested date.

• Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed with us in advance.

MADE TO ORDER NOTICE:

• Some dresses are made to order and typically require 6–8 days for production.

• This information is usually stated in the product description.

• If production time is not mentioned, we will contact you within a few days after your order to confirm whether you are able to wait or would prefer to select a different item.

SIZE GUIDE

• Our sizes and size chart measurements are general and not specific to each item.
• Some items may be bigger or smaller even if they are the same size (e.g., one dress size S may be bigger than another dress size S).
• Differences in fit can be due to the material and design of the dress.
• Depending on your body shape, a dress might fit well in one area but not in another (e.g., fit well up top but not at the bottom, or vice versa).
• This variation is not a fault, as listing measurements for every item is impractical.
• Please purchase your usual size. If it doesn't fit well, we will exchange it for a better size.

 

[RETURNS / REFUNDS]

• If you mistakenly order something and need to edit your order, please contact us within 24 hours.
• If an item received does not fit well, we will exchange it for a different size.
• If you do not like the item after receiving it, you can apply for an exchange.
• If you do not wish to exchange immediately, we provide store gift cards for future purchases 
• Please note that we do not offer refunds, only exchanges and store gift cards.
• If we send the wrong item, we will exchange it immediately.
• If the item is broken, damaged, or faulty, we will exchange it.
• Items returned with signs of wear, perfume, dirt, etc., will not be accepted and will be sent back to you. 

• For returns within Japan, we will arrange a Yamato pickup on your behalf.

• Please let us know your preferred date and time for the pickup.

• The first return is free.

• Any additional returns will require the shipping fee to be paid directly to the delivery driver at the time of pickup.

 

Note: Occasionally, items listed on the site may be out of stock. If a sold-out item is purchased, we will contact you to choose a different item or provide a store gift card for future purchases.
